Free across South Africa
Delivery is free to physical addresses in South Africa. Please provide a complete physical delivery address and a contact number when placing an order. We do not deliver to postal boxes.
When to expect your order
Your order arrives in 7 to 11 business days. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. If there is a delay, we will contact you with an update. If delivery cannot be completed within the agreed period, your applicable statutory remedies remain available.
Tracking your parcel
A tracking link will be sent to you by email once the order has been dispatched. If you have not received it, contact [support email] with your order number.
Delivery problems
Please check your address carefully. If you need to correct it before dispatch, contact [support email] promptly. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can arrange a replacement or full refund with return shipping covered.
Responsibility for the goods remains with us until delivery, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the CPA or ECTA.
